Website enquiries

To ask for access, correction or deletion of a website enquiry, send your request from the email address you used where possible and give an approximate submission date. Do not send your password, a full identity document or payment details unless we have explained why a specific verification step is necessary.

App account and data deletion

To request deletion of your Ringfaro account and associated personal data without access to the app, email support@ringfaro.com with the subject Ringfaro account deletion. Identify the account email address. Our team may need to verify ownership before acting. Sending an email starts a request; it does not instantly delete the account.

Deleting removes the active account, sessions, public name listing, notification tokens, purchase links and linked business drafts. Trial fingerprints, pseudonymous number reports and operator security audit records can remain for fraud prevention, accuracy and accountability. Routine backups keep the three most recent snapshots; restricted migration and off-server recovery copies may remain until manually removed, with no guaranteed three-day expiry. We will explain any applicable retention exception when responding. Local app data and exported recordings are not erased by account deletion; remove those separately on your device. See the app privacy policy for the app's processing. Deleting an account does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription; manage cancellation through Google Play.

Incorrect number or business information

If a number listing or report is wrong, explain the correction and provide only the evidence necessary to assess it. We may need to verify your connection to a number or business. We review disputes rather than treating every request as proof that a listing is correct or incorrect.

What happens next

We normally respond to data-rights requests within one month, subject to lawful extensions and exceptions. We will explain if we need further information or cannot grant a request in full. Rights depend on the circumstances and legal basis; you can also ask for restriction or object to processing where applicable.

If you are unhappy with our response, contact support@ringfaro.com or complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office. Product feedback and service complaints can use the same support address.
