RINGFARO / LEGAL

Website privacy policy

How INTIES Ltd. handles information from ringfaro.com.

Effective and last updated: 25 October 2026

1. Who is responsible

INTIES Ltd. is registered in England and Wales, company number 17433193.
Registered office: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.
ICO registration: C2067278.

We are the controller of personal information used to operate this website and handle its enquiries. Contact support@ringfaro.com about privacy, or write to our registered office.

This notice covers the promotional website and contact form. For the Android app, including number lookups, contacts and call-related features, read the app privacy policy.

2. Information we collect

The form requires your name, email and message so we can handle your request. If you prefer not to use it, email our team instead. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Why we use it and our lawful bases

Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to advertising emails. The acknowledgement and our replies relate to your request. We do not sell your enquiry data.

4. Who receives information

Authorised INTIES Ltd. staff handle enquiries. We use OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure to host the website and form service, Resend to deliver the enquiry and acknowledgement, and Zoho Mail for our business inbox. These providers process information needed for their respective services. Email delivery services necessarily receive the recipient address and email content.

We may share relevant information with professional advisers or authorities where necessary for legal obligations, disputes or protecting the service. We do not publish contact-form messages.

5. International processing

Our providers operate internationally, so website and email data may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States. Protection for restricted transfers depends on the applicable provider agreement and transfer arrangement, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual safeguards. Contact support@ringfaro.com for information about the arrangements applicable to your data and how to obtain a copy of relevant safeguards.

6. How long we keep information

We retain enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to respond, manage any resulting business relationship and handle relevant legal or complaint matters. Retention depends on whether an enquiry remains active, results in a contract or is needed for a dispute or legal duty; we do not need to keep every enquiry indefinitely.

Form verification tokens expire after ten minutes. Security counters use ten-minute, hourly or daily windows; expired database entries are removed when subsequent form challenges are processed, rather than by a guaranteed deletion timer. Delivery and hosting logs are also subject to the providers' retention settings. Contact us to ask about or request deletion of a particular record.

7. Cookies, analytics and your device

This website does not currently include advertising trackers or audience-analytics scripts. The product video is served as a site asset, without an embedded social-video player. Necessary hosting, security and browser functions still process technical data. See Cookies & storage for details.

The website does not listen to your microphone or read your contacts or call log. It does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. Automated anti-spam checks can reject a form submission; you can contact us by email instead.

8. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, restriction of processing or a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

Email support@ringfaro.com or use the guidance on Your data & requests. We may need proportionate information to verify that a request concerns your data. We normally respond within one month, subject to applicable legal extensions and exceptions.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We welcome the opportunity to resolve concerns first, but you do not have to contact us before the regulator.

9. Updates

We will update this notice when the website's processing changes. The date at the top identifies this version. We will provide additional notice where required.
